Stacks Data Hub is a service based in Ghana that lets you buy mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo, and have them delivered directly to a phone number of your choice.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is older, to create an account and use Stacks Data Hub. By creating an account, you are confirming that this is true.
To use Stacks Data Hub, you create an account with your name, phone number, email, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account.
When you place an order, we pass your recipient number and bundle choice to our data provider on your behalf. Delivery is usually fast, but network issues on the recipient's side are sometimes outside our control. If an order fails, we will work with you to make it right, either by resolving the delivery issue or by refunding the amount to your wallet.
You top up your in-app wallet using card or mobile money through Paystack. All data purchases are made using your wallet balance. Wallet funds can only be used to buy data through Stacks Data Hub and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
If an order fails to deliver, you can report it from your Purchase History, and our support team will review it. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet balance.
If your account is suspended, you can still reach us through the Support page to explain your situation. We will review suspended accounts and respond as quickly as we can.
We collect the information needed to run your account and deliver your orders: your name, phone number, email, order history, and wallet activity. We use this information only to operate Stacks Data Hub, communicate with you about your orders, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties. We may share necessary details, such as a recipient's phone number and bundle size, with our data provider so your order can be delivered.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

We do our best to keep Stacks Data Hub reliable and to resolve problems quickly, but like any service that depends on outside networks and providers, delays or failures outside our control can happen. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed calls or lost opportunities, that may result from a delayed or failed data delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from your use of Stacks Data Hub will be handled under Ghanaian law.
We may update these terms from time to time as Stacks Data Hub grows. If we make significant changes, we will let you know through the app.
